Infamous Me Gusta

I first played Infamous yesterday. Somehow, I ended up going down the evil path. I tried my hardest to become good again. Finally, I went and saved a freaking hospital.
What did it say?

BY COMPLETING THIS MISSION, YOU HAVE BECOME SLIGHTLY MORE EVIL!

Why? Was Hitler born in that medical center or something?
Maybe if I kill some babies I'll get good Karma, by this game's logic...
