The Horrors of Mirkwood

Bilbo Baggins and his dwarven allies traverse the treacherous terrain within the withering walls of Mirkwood.

I really wanted to pack on the suspense with this picture, so I made the torch light the only source of illumination like a little protective bubble and --OH, MY GOD, BILBO LOOK BEHIND YOU A SPIDER IS VIOLATING YOUR PROTECTIVE BUBBLE! Of course, I made sure that you could see that this spider is not alone.

The reason this thing is monochromatic, well more black and white than greyscale, is because I designed it for a T-shirt, so it could only have these two.

I think it's one of the better works I've ever made...

I drew it by hand and scanned it with my SPAWN OF MORDOR scanner, then use Microsoft Paint to clean up the picture and add shadows.
